Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Quantra Technology & Innovation LLC (QTI, LLC), a limited liability company organized in Florida ("we", "us"), for using Serving Times. If you use Serving Times for a business, you agree to them on that business's behalf. Questions go to support@servingtimes.com.
Your account
You need an account to build schedules. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for who you invite into your organization and what role you give them.
The free trial
There is one free trial per person: the first organization you create gets 30 days free, and organizations you create after that start without a trial. No card is needed to start. If you subscribe before the trial’s last two days, the first charge is when the trial ends. When the trial ends, your organization becomes read-only until you subscribe: you and your team can still see, print and download every schedule, but editing, publishing and approvals pause. Nothing is deleted because a trial ends.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed monthly, per location, at the prices shown on servingtimes.com when you subscribe (with lower prices per location as you add more). Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices may change; we'll email account owners at least 30 days before a change affects them. Taxes may apply.
You can cancel any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and then the organization becomes read-only. We don't give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries the card again over the following days and we email the owners. If payments keep failing, the subscription ends — at the latest after 21 days of failed payments — and the organization becomes read-only until you subscribe again; nothing is deleted.
Your data
What you put into Serving Times stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide and support the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it or delete it at any time.
You are responsible for having the right to enter your team's information and for using it lawfully, including any notice your employees are owed.
Acceptable use
Don't use Serving Times to break the law, to send spam (including through invitations), to upload malicious code, to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or to put an unreasonable load on the service. We may suspend an account that does, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
The service
We work hard to keep Serving Times available and correct, and we keep improving it, but it is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Schedules are tools to help you; you remain responsible for staffing decisions and for following labor laws.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you haven't paid us).
Ending
You can stop using Serving Times and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously break them, or by giving you 30 days' notice if we stop offering the service, in which case we'll give you time to export your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and email account owners about material changes before they take effect. Using Serving Times after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.
